The Job
- Build & operate eGift, gift card & loyalty management portals for in house usage, clients & partners. Contribute to automate manual operation & business process.
- Work with Product, Operation to develop backend logic for end user features. Build & maintain e-gifting & merchant inventory management systems to serve cross team operation.
- Build reusable code, library to provide open solution for team and for clients.
- Build automation solutions in monitor, operation & report of team.
- Maintain & optimize code base, enable scalability & cross platform compatibility of system.
Your Skills and Experience
- 5+ years experience building backend system with PHP. NodeJS is preferred.
- Experience with Linux, My SQL, building scripts (Webpack, Gulp,...)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API, OAuth.
- Understand technical debt and ways to balance technical simplicity & feature requirements.
- Responsible, ownership attitude. Details-oriented. Willing to use technical know-how to simplify & maximize user experience.
