  • Program Coordinator

    Along with the Program Manager and the Investment Associate, the Program Coordinator (“PC”) is tasked with the execution and press relations of the VIISA program, as well as other administrative tasks.


    The PC is responsible for assisting the Program Manager in the administrative duties, day-to-day operations, and the execution of the program from the pre-program stage, through the program, and the post-program stage. During the “off-season” (when we are not running a program), the PC has other responsibilities/objectives that benefit the entire VIISA ecosystem. PR/marketing experience and willingness to learn and comfort tackling new problems are a must; familiarity with the early-stage venture-backed ecosystem is preferred.




    • Draft and execute PR/marketing plan in relation to the Acceleration Program, as well as other VIISA-related programs and initiatives;
    • Follow best practices and execute upon outlined content and curriculum of the Acceleration Program and the VIISA-X course;
    • Manage Calendar and scheduling with mentors, talks, events, general programming;
    • Service the VIISA network overall on and off-season: guide new staff members, assist in other programs, and develop meaningful and beneficial relationships across the VIISA ecosystem through community engagement;
    • Perform any other managerial and administrative tasks if required, i.e. billing, documentation, recording, and so on.



    • 1-3 years of experience in content development or journalism in both English and Vietnamese;
    • Strong interest and discourse competence around technology, startups, entrepreneurship, venture capital;
    • Proven attention to detail through prior work or life experience;
    • Comfortable with a minimal amount of direction but high expectations;
    • Fits the VIISA culture (people-oriented, willing to learn, adaptable, supportive, creative).
