Assistant Program Coordinator
The Assistant Program Coordinator (APC) keeps the VIISA train running ontime. The APC works alongside the Program Manager in guiding early stage companies through the VIISA's mentorship driven accelerator model.
The position is responsible for the logistical duties and the execution of the program from the pre-program stage, through the program, and the post-program stage.
A willingness to learn and comfort tackling new problems is a must.
Work with the Program Manager to help manage relationships with founders, program managers, partners and government officials.
Perform an extensive range of administrative tasks such as drafting out of documents, etc.
Handling all administrative tasks, as may be needed time to time.
Being readily available within reason, including off-hours
An eye for details
Able to navigate uncertainty and lack of structure
English (professional) in reading, speaking, writing, translating.
Vietnamese (professional) reading, speaking, writing, translating.
