This is where the grind begins. First identifying your early adopters, then familiarizing yourself with the OKRs system.

In the first lesson, we focus on covering the different methods which you may use to identify your early adopters. We also provide you with in-depth guidance of our OKRs system to track your progress and promote consistency. Lastly, we will touch on the financial aspect of your business, which includes budgeting and financial goals that you may want to set for your company.
